I love this apt! I have been living for an year, and absolutely satisfied. The whole building is clean and providing overall great services(repair, management etc). Staff response to residents very quick in any problems or issues. Also great sound proof unit, great rooftop pool with barbeque place and gas fire, gym, yoga place in club house. I won't leave this property until I graduate.

I have been living at the City Apartments since September of 2021. The office staff has been wonderful during my stay so far. No complaints as far as amenities. The yoga and gym areas are nice for all types of workouts. Equipment is also nice that gives you a variety of exercises that you can complete. Overall, my experience has been great! And I love the location and the parking garage that is secured.

Fairly nice new apartment right next to campus. Lots of students here. Everyone is pretty quiet. Gym is nice and open 24/7 and never crowded. Free charging for electric cars. No major maintenance issues yet. They have some small community events most have free food. Lots of food within walking distance.

The move-in was easy, the appliances all up to date and in working order. Freshly painted, plenty of storage, roomy for a one person apartment. Clubhouse all look great, great rooms for having people over.

Apartment was comfortable and well maintained. Very nice amenities as well with the Pool, Gym, etc... The only thing holding me back on 5 stars would be the lack of sound deadening between floors. Maybe we just had a very noisy upstairs neighbor, but it was often hard to sleep if they were awake above us. Could hear almost every footstep/movement. For the price I would have expected a little bit better experience with that. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
